Appointments - By appointment only. No walk-ins. - All prices listed are before sales tax. A 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to all card transactions. - Please arrive on time; a 15 minute delay may result in cancellation. - Clients ages 13-17 must have parent or guardian sign a consent form. Cancellations - Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. - Late cancellations or no-shows will be required to provide a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. Deposit & Payments - Full balance due at the end of the service. - Cash & Card accepted. Product Sales - All products are final sale. - For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products. Please be sure to ask questions before purchasing—we’re happy to help you find the right products for your skin. Gift Certificates - All Gift Certificate sales are final. - No cash value. - Gift Certificates can be used for services or retail. Guest & Children - No extra guests or children unless being serviced. - Although we love our fur babies please leave them at home as they are not allowed in the treatment room. Service animals are an exception. - This helps maintain a clean and focused work space. Health & Safety - Please DO NOT come sick we understand things happen. - I reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infection or open wounds.
